What You'll Do:
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings if needed.
Maintain clear and timely documentation using our Care App (WellSky).
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving/home support experience (experience with seniors preferred).
Comfortable working a changing schedule based on client needs.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.
Strong communication skills, compassion, and reliability.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Certifications in CPR/First Aid or Food Safe are assets but not mandatory.
Requirements:
Must live in or near the Richmond, BC area.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Work Permit, PR, Citizen, etc.).
Flexibility to work a variety of shift lengths and times.
