What You'll Do:

  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).

  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

  • Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.

  • Provide transportation to appointments or outings if needed.

  • Maintain clear and timely documentation using our Care App (WellSky).

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving/home support experience (experience with seniors preferred).

  • Comfortable working a changing schedule based on client needs.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and reliability.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

  • Certifications in CPR/First Aid or Food Safe are assets but not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Must live in or near the Richmond, BC area.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Work Permit, PR, Citizen, etc.).

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift lengths and times.
