The Role: Client Care Representative

As a Client Care Representative, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice our clients rely on. Whether answering questions or walking someone through their benefits, you'll help make a sometimes-complicated process feel simple and supportive. It's more than customer service—it's building relationships that matter.

What You'll Be Doing

• Chat with clients by phone, email, or video to answer questions and help with their policies

• Make every interaction personal and memorable—go above and beyond

• Help new clients get started and feel confident in their coverage

• Solve problems quickly with a calm, professional attitude

• Work with our team to handle any complex issues

• Explain benefits clearly so clients feel informed and at ease

• Keep track of conversations in our system (CRM)

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using tools like CRMs, Zoom, and other web-based systems

• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• A caring, people-first mindset—you love helping others

• Legally able to work in the U.S. or Canada
