Position: Plumbing Foreman Mid-Rise & Woodframe Projects
Location: Various Sites Across Metro Vancouver (Langley, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, and others)
Salary Range: $53 - $65/hour (depending on experience)
Overview:
An established mechanical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multi-family residential projects is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on a 6-storey woodframe walk-up project, with additional ongoing work in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver areas.

Your Role:
Directly coordinate with site supervisors and project stakeholders
Lead and mentor field crews to ensure smooth execution of BIM-driven installations
Act as the bridge between site activities, pre-fab processes, and virtual design coordination
Maintain schedule momentum by anticipating and resolving manpower, logistics, and design issues
Attend site meetings, interpret documentation, and maintain proactive communication
What You Bring:
Journeyman Plumber certification (Red Seal preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction
Experience leading plumbing installations for multi-storey woodframe buildings
Solid understanding of mechanical plans, BIM coordination, and site logistics
A strong work ethic and a team-first mindset

Hourly compensation starting in the $70-$80/hr equivalent value for foremen (inclusive of incentives and benefits)
