Job Description

As a member of the software development team, the resource can be expected to contribute to the delivery of the below:

  • Battle Management Applications. TAK suite of products (including but not limited to WinTAK, ATAK, TAKX, TAK Server) and SitaWare HQ.
  • Plugin development;
  • Product support in response to System Problem Reports (SPRs);
  • Product test and integration;
  • Integrating the above products into the GDMS-C Build and Deployment Products;
  • Providing application support to the Test Engineers and Technicians during test and integration events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Software Developer
  • A University Degree or College Diploma in STEM or a technical field
  • Experience of the following software, used by the team, is desired:
  1. Windows Administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Windows Permissions/Grouping, GPOs, AntiVirus)
  2. Networking (Know the OSI Layer Model, Routers/Switches Programming, How to setup DNS Records, Active Directory)
  3. REST API (CRUD Procedures, Software Skills to Interact with it, Python is good)
  4. CICD (Know GitLab CI, Infrastructure-As-Code Principles (Ansible))
  5. Visual Studio 2019, GitLab, Collabpoint/Sharepoint, Artifactory
  6. RTC for tracking and planning
  7. WPF (C#, .NET)
  8. Java, Spring Boot, Android
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret level clearance and a Controlled Goods Certification
