As a Consultant, Performance Testing, you will be accountable for driving the performance testing strategy, approach and standards for the QA team. This includes translating business processes, systems functionality, and requirements into test cases to deliver applications with high-quality performance and operability. We are committed to innovation, specifically DevOps and Agile. You will be working with various technology groups within DCT to create and manage the performance testing roadmap and testing strategies.

Job Description:

• Core Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
• 5+ years in Performance/Load Testing (PAT Testing – Scripting/Execution/Analysis)
• Proficient in LoadRunner (Web Protocol)
• Strong SQL knowledge (query optimisation, DB profiling)
• Experience with Parasoft Virtualise (Service Virtualisation)
• Monitoring & APM Tools (Dynatrace, Splunk – Nice to Have)
• Programming in C/Java (for test scripting & debugging)
• API Testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, etc.)
• Load Test Modelling & Performance Tuning
• Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
