This role demands excellent communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters with empathy and professionalism. An existing client base is preferred.

Duties:
· Represent clients in estate law matters
· Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws
· Draft legal documents with precision and clarity
· Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsel
· Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while adhering to confidentiality standards
· Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process

Skills:
· Proficient in legal drafting with keen attention to detail
· Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests
· Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various legal documents and correspondence
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients during challenging situations
· A solid understanding of applicable statutes and regulations

Compensation:
We offer a fee-split arrangement or a salary model with a performance bonus. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on year of call and experience.
