COMMERCIAL LENDING PARALEGAL
Our client, a reputable and dynamic law firm with a national presence, is looking for an experienced Commercial Lending Paralegal to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the key liaison between lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to support commercial lending transactions.

• Review instructions from lenders and coordinate with borrowers to gather required information.

• Conduct and analyze due diligence searches, including PPSA and corporate records.

• Draft, revise, and manage standard and customized security documents.

• Oversee the full document execution process and ensure compliance and completeness.

• Collaborate with accounting and legal teams to coordinate disbursement of funds.

• File and track security registrations and prepare post-closing reports.

• Deliver polished final reporting letters and closing packages.

• Maintain impeccable document and file management throughout.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Paralegal diploma or certificate from an accredited institution.

• 8+ years of experience in commercial lending within a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Strong understanding of the Personal Property Security Act and relevant filing procedures.

• A sharp eye for detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Professional, clear communication-both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
