OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a dynamic Supported Living Program Supervisor to join our team. This individual will oversee the operations of a unionized supported living environment, coach and mentor employees, and maintain high-quality service for our members.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Supported Living Program Supervisor and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional services! In this pivotal role, you'll not only ensure top-notch service delivery but also spearhead timely reporting on all policy and legislative requirements. You'll be the driving force behind performance management, budget oversight, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management. Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in developmental sector study, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle required.
  • Must maintain current, valid, and ongoing certifications in mandatory courses offered by VITA.

Hours of Work:

80 hours bi-weekly, including flexible hours, evenings, and weekends based on program and member needs.

Locations: Toronto & York (Regions).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
