Business Analyst – 4yr contract (1yr initial + 3x 1yr extension)

Location: Onsite in Regina

Our client has an immediate need to hire a Business Analyst on a 1 year contract (with the option of 3 x 1 yr extensions), reference number RFR-0687, for their Regina, SK location. The position requires regular onsite meetings so candidates must be local to the Regina area or willing to relocate for the duration of the contract

Things You Need to Have:

• · Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA
• · Demonstrated experience as a practicing Business Analyst with experience on business transformation projects.
• · Demonstrated experience preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.
• · Demonstrated experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities
• · Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, use cases and user stories based on business processes.
• · Demonstrated experience developing training, training materials and facilitating training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• · Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps is considered an asset.
