What You'll Do

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products

• Explain policy details and answer customer questions

• Process applications and follow up with clients

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Insurance license and willing to obtain – training provided if not licensed

• Must have a computer, stable internet, and a quiet work environment
