The Role: Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the front line of communication between our clients and our company. Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding customer support, build meaningful relationships, and guide clients through their coverage options with empathy and clarity. You're not just solving issues—you're creating lasting impressions.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and video to assist with policy questions, updates, and general inquiries

• Provide a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations

• Guide new policyholders through the onboarding and setup process

• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional, positive attitude

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

• Educate clients about policy benefits and changes, ensuring clarity and satisfaction

• Document all customer interactions in our CRM platform

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience (insurance or financial services a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, Zoom, and web-based tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A heart for service—you care deeply about helping others

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
