Job Summary
Jaguar Land Rover Brampton is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our fast-paced sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for licensing vehicles, managing inventory entry, and submitting manufacturer sales program claims.
About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Specifically:
- record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management system
- participate in the maintenance of vehicle inventory in the dealership management system (DMS)
- register new and pre-owned vehicles
- perform vehicle licensing and administration
- prepare vehicle transaction funding documents for the financial services department
- organize and arrange dealer vehicle trades
- prepare final delivery checklists for customers, to ensure all required documents and programs are administratively fulfilled
- completed files to be sent to the accounting department for final processing
- back-up receptionist, as needed
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
- working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
Responsibilities
- Process and manage licensing and registration for new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in dealership systems
- Submit and track manufacturer sales program claims and incentives
- Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
- Ensure compliance with dealership and government policies
- Prepare and organize documents for audits and internal reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership administrative or sales support role (preferred)
- Knowledge of Ontario vehicle registration and licensing procedures
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Experience with CDK and One-Eighty dealership software (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and reliable with a high level of accuracy
