About the opportunity…
This position is an integral part of the sales department at Mercedes-Benz Toronto Queensway. The role is a support and training position to the Financial Servies Manager team.
- The candidate will be trained until the individual is fully qualified, and successful in the responsibilities and performance we require of a Financial Services Manager.
- Meeting customers, presenting our after-sales products, completing transactions and administering the relevant products and services.
- Including, submitting credit applications, securing MB Financial and other financial institution approvals, and preparing deal paperwork
- Collecting customer information and signatures throughout the process and ensuring complete and compliant processes.
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer service, including:
- desire for professional growth and advancement; the willingness to ‘learn by doing and advance into the position of Financial Services Manager
- Ideally, 2+ years of proven experience in an automotive sales department or previous Financial Services Manager training
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
