Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project integrity.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in site supervision within the ICI construction sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and Ontario Building Code.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience using site management software is an asset.
