Intelligenciia is seeking to expand their team by adding a highly capable Technical Recruiter to aid in the ongoing success of the business. The successful individual will provide vital support to existing clientele to ensurecontinued success. Growth potential depending on your personal objectives and effort.
This position is based out of our head office in West Vancouver.
What youll do:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire processes, including VISA applications as needed
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
What we look for:
- A high learning quotient and ability to take direction early on whilst learning company processes
- 5 - 10 years of recruiting experience essential
- Current experience working with a revenue target above $300kpa
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- High degree of professionalism whilst interfacing with multi-million dollar accounts
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Strong analytical capabilities
