Position Overview:
Are you an Administrative professional ready for the next step in your career at an exciting and mission-focused organization? If so, Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's leader in Permanent Recruitment, has partnered with our client to recruit for a Junior Executive Assistant who will play a key role within the organization.
The Junior Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining daily office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and facilitating efficient collaboration and coordination across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day administrative operations, including coordinating office activities and schedules.
  • Handling incoming communication channels such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, which involves tasks such as scheduling, securing venues, and coordinating catering arrangements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (valid work permit, permanent resident status, or Canadian citizenship required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant is considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours and on weekends as needed.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Salary range in the $40,000 - $45,000 range
