Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining daily office operations, providing administrative support to various department, and facilitating efficient collaboration and coordination across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator is responsible for:
  • ·Managing the day-to-day administrative operations, including coordinating office activities and schedules.
  • ·Handling incoming communication channels such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • ·Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • ·Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, which involves tasks such as scheduling, securing venues, and coordinating catering arrangements.
  • ·Maintaining accurate and up to date records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  • ·1-2 years of experience in office administration.
  • ·Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
  • ·Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • ·Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ·Experience working within event planning and coordination.
  • ·Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
