About the Role
We're hiring a gritty, high-output BDR to fuel top-of-funnel growth. Your core focus: book qualified meetings for the CEO through outbound outreach. You'll identify, engage, and qualify ideal prospects in mid-market and enterprise companies, particularly those buying or using data solutions.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role perfect for someone who's confident with cold outreach, curious about AI, and ready to help shape an outbound playbook from scratch. You'll work closely with the CEO, contribute to messaging and GTM strategy, and be part of a company that rewards results with growth, ownership, and impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and prospect ICP-aligned leads (e.g., in supply chain, retail, analytics-heavy orgs)

  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email to generate qualified meetings

  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with data/ops leaders

  • Book demos directly into the CEO's calendar and follow up to drive show rates

  • Collaborate on outbound sequences, scripts, and strategy

  • Log activities in HubSpot and support light reporting/KPI tracking

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and outbound content initiatives

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years in a BDR/SDR role, ideally in SaaS or data/analytics/AI

  • Strong outbound experience: you know how to cold call, write tight emails, and get replies

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills

  • Hunger, grit, and accountability—you're not afraid to hit the phones or grind to hit quota

  • Comfort discussing complex technical solutions (bonus if you've sold data or AI)
