About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Customer Success Engineer to lead client onboarding, technical enablement, and insight delivery. This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, blending technical consulting, data analysis, and client engagement. You'll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them realize value through prompt engineering, data integration, and tailored solutions—starting from day one.

You'll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping the customer experience and feedback loop that drives product innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the onboarding journey for new clients and guide technical implementation

  • Use advanced prompts to extract insights from raw operational data

  • Build and scale reusable prompt libraries and customer enablement playbooks

  • Deliver training sessions to help clients self-serve and maximize value

  • Identify and troubleshoot data challenges, contributing to internal feedback loops

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to improve features and integrations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or CSM with a technical background)

  • Strong experience with SQL and Python for data exploration and modeling

  • Experience working with enterprise data sources such as ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, product-led environment

  • Bonus: Experience with LLMs, AI prompting, or building custom GPT workflows
