Job Title: Carpenter Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential or commercial projects and a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety practices. You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for frameworks, partitions, and structures.

• Install doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, and other fixtures.

• Inspect and repair damaged framework or structures as required.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all carpentry tasks.

• Follow health and safety regulations on all job sites.

• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.

• Proficiency in using carpentry tools, equipment, and materials.

• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.

• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Certification in carpentry or completion of an apprenticeship program is an asset.
