We're looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist who thrives on finding the right talent in complex industries. Whether you've succeeded in a high-performance staffing agency, worked on the corporate side—or both—what matters most is your proven track record of delivering results and building world-class candidate pipelines.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage deep talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles, from junior to executive level.

• Leverage your expertise to source across Canada, the U.S., and internationally—wherever the right candidate is hiding.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring leaders to understand evolving hiring needs in the EPC world.

• Use data, sourcing tools, and your instinct to unearth high-impact talent others miss.

• Balance speed, quality, and professionalism to exceed sourcing expectations.

What You Bring:
A minimum of 2+ years tenure per employer, with a successful history in staffing agency recruitment—corporate-side experience is a strong bonus.
Mastery in building high-quality pipelines that drive long-term hiring success.
Strong local (Canada) and international sourcing experience—across North America and global markets.
Proven ability to source across all levels, including hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles in EPC and adjacent industries.

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
