What You'll Do:
Build and manage deep talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles, from junior to executive level.
Leverage your expertise to source across Canada, the U.S., and internationally—wherever the right candidate is hiding.
Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring leaders to understand evolving hiring needs in the EPC world.
Use data, sourcing tools, and your instinct to unearth high-impact talent others miss.
Balance speed, quality, and professionalism to exceed sourcing expectations.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 2+ years tenure per employer, with a successful history in staffing agency recruitment—corporate-side experience is a strong bonus.
Mastery in building high-quality pipelines that drive long-term hiring success.
Strong local (Canada) and international sourcing experience—across North America and global markets.
Proven ability to source across all levels, including hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles in EPC and adjacent industries.
