We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter), for our established client in Etobicoke!

Recruiter – Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
Location: Etobicoke, ON (Hybrid – near Pearson International Airport)
Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 base + approx. $10,000 bonus + comprehensive benefits

We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter with a strong track record in staffing agency and/or corporate recruitment environments. You should bring a stable employment history (minimum 2+ years per employer), and a reputation for delivering results.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Demonstrated success sourcing talent both locally (within Canada) and internationally (U.S. and global)
• Ability to recruit across all levels, from junior professionals to senior executives, with a focus on the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) sector
• A driven, tenacious mindset with a mature and professional approach to your work
