About the Job:
Thus far atVenu has been fortunate enough to rely on our engineering, product and operation teams to document their own work, inclusive of customer facing training materials. However, documentation is not what drives these folks, and as such, we are seeking an experienced Technical Writer who loves technology, detail and can effectively connect with an extremely diverse audience using atVenu's voice. Our Technical Writer will be accountable for documenting technical specs, user guides, training materials and anything else that comes their way. Documentation may be used internally or externally. We will also be relying on this individual to help maintain an easy-to-use documentation storage system.
