About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team on an active construction site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basic wood framing and window installations, along with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic framing tasks under supervision or independently

• Install residential/commercial windows accurately and securely

• Read and follow construction plans and instructions

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• Follow all site safety procedures and protocols

• Assist with other general construction tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in framing and window installation

• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently

• Basic knowledge of construction safety practices

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Physical ability to lift materials and work on ladders/scaffolding

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have (MANDATORY):

• Own tools

• Basic understanding of building codes

• Additional skills like drywall, siding, or finish carpentry
