- Client is seeking for a Level 1 IT Network Technician to provide onsite network technical support from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- This role involves network management, firewall security, and collaboration phone system support to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Provide first-level support for network-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Support firewall security settings, including access controls and basic configurations.
- Help manage and troubleshoot collaboration phone systems (VoIP, PBX, etc.).
- Document network issues, solutions, and procedures.
- Escalate complex network problems to senior IT staff as needed.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with firewall security principles and configurations.
- Knowledge of collaboration phone systems (VoIP, PBX, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT teams.
