About the Opportunity

As aSales Leadat Protocase, youll be responsible for mentoring our sales team toward their goals and in turn, driving new business opportunities. Day to day responsibilities could include but are not limited to...

• Supporting a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team growth targets.
• Leading by example with an emphasis on shared values, coaching, and accountability
• Guiding team in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring we clearly understand their needs and our manufacturing capabilities
• Measuring and analysing team sales metrics and executing strategies toward continuous improvement
• Collaborating with other teams (such as production, research and development, marketing and more!) to ensure customer satisfaction

About You

• Experience in a leadership role with proven track record of success in team building (sales environment an asset)
• Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite (outlook, excel, word) and ability to learn new software platforms

• Superb communication skills (both oral and written English)
