What Youll Do:

As our Resource Innovation Specialist on our Logistics team, youll be a driving force behind how we manage and optimize materials, components, and operational assets. Youll take on the challenge of identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in how resources move throughout our operations, and then lead initiatives to fix them. Your work will have a direct, tangible impactfrom smoother production processes to smarter resource utilization.

This is a role for someone who loves seeing a puzzle, figuring out whats slowing it down, and redesigning it for maximum flow and effectiveness. Youll collaborate with departments across the companyfrom production to procurementto implement better systems, tracking mechanisms, and standards that move us toward even greater operational excellence.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects to improve how materials are tracked, stored, and moved throughout operations.
  • Identifying inefficiencies or waste and proposing innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinating initiatives across teams to make sure our resource plans support overall company goals.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of new standards for resource management.
  • Maintaining accurate materials tracking throughout project phases and audits.
  • Providing clear, concise reporting on trends and project outcomes to leadership.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within resource management.

About You:

Were looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and thrives in environments where solving problems and implementing improvements is the norm.
  • Doesnt just spot issuesyou take initiative and drive meaningful change.
  • Has a sharp eye for process inefficiencies and collaborates well with others to fix them.
  • Has experience in or around manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics, and understands how operations really work.
  • Can work independently but also shines as part of a team.
  • Is comfortable using tools like Excel and other basic data or tracking systems.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training.
  • Experience implementing workflow or materials management systems.
  • A track record of leading successful process changes.
