Our Alberta Housing team is growing and we are looking for someone who knows how to provide a great experience for everyone – the Anthem Team, the Homeowners, the industry and the general public. You will be the main point of contact for the Homeowner from the interior selection process through to possession.

• Knowledgeable on current and upcoming homebuilding trends, residential construction and reading floorplans.

You will

• Be the trusted advisor for the Homeowner for all questions affecting interior selections, milestone appointments and possession.
• Consult with the Homeowner at the Interior Selection Appointment and guide them through making all required interior selections.

• Review homeowner floor plans.
• Consult on and submit homeowner palette selections and optional upgrades.
• Consult on and submit any change orders, both interior and exterior.
• Be accountable for proactively educating homeowners, setting expectations and delivering timely, engaging communications.
• Schedule and attend homeowner milestone appointments.
• Adhere to and support Anthem Housing policies and procedures for both Calgary and Edmonton regions.

• Liaise with all internal departments, including Sales, Liaison, Operations, Construction and Warranty with regards to the sales process, construction details and timelines.
• Maintain a positive ‘get it done' attitude and be the trusted advisor for homeowners, navigating homeowner concerns and difficult conversations.

You have

• A diploma/degree in Interior Design from a recognized institute
• 2+ years of Interior Design or Homeowner Service Experience.
• Previous experience in the residential construction industry (preferred).
• Newstar software experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented.
• The proven ability to maintain professional interactions.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

NOTE: This position is based out of our Edmonton office and the ability and willingness to travel to Calgary is a must.
