Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at FISPAN, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, with a focus on B2B strategies.

Create engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads, tailored for B2B audiences, in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator and Product Marketing team.

Create nurturing strategies for improving the conversion rate of leads in the pipeline, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion, working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager for optimizing processes through automations.

Track and optimize SEO performance, adjusting keyword strategy as needed to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Identify brand awareness opportunities, such as being featured in magazines and promoted on product review websites, and implement strategies to leverage these opportunities effectively.

Utilize CRM knowledge, preferably in HubSpot, to manage customer data, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert B2B prospects into customers.

Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing coordinator, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.

- B2B marketing experience is required.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience, 4-6 years in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B campaign management and digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Google Ads for B2B, social media campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
  • CRM knowledge, with experience in HubSpot considered a must.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $73,000 - $80,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
