Position Summary:

Reporting to the Executive Director, the dedicated and skilled Manager of Administration and Non-Clinical Programs will oversee the administrative operations and non-clinical program management at our Centre. This pivotal role supports our Board of Directors and manages several key administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data collection, interpretation, and management at an executive level.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and implementing change.
  • Proficiency in common office software, webpages, and social media applications.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience within human service organizations.
  • Advanced understanding of Excel, Word and Data management software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the administration team, driving the implementation of administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparing board packages and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate the development, submission, and administration of project and program reports.
  • Manage and oversee the administrative support team, the Residential Placement Advisory Committees, and the Back on Track program.
  • Organize agency and community events, such as the Annual General Meeting and staff appreciation initiatives.
  • Develop and supervise the administrative aspects of our corporate contracts and liaise with EAP contract partners.
  • Maintain and upgrade office systems and equipment, including IT and communication devices, providing minor problem solving.
