Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to valued customers throughout Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will be working for a well-established client where there is lots of opportunity for growth and learning. The candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing (EDI, Email and Fax)
- Invoicing
- Coordinating Shipments and associated documents
- Maintaining accurate inventory reports
- Responding to customer inquiries and quality concerns
- Monitor status of orders throughout the production process
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle interruptions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to communicate detailed/complex information with customers
- Demonstrate professional demeanor, reliability and integrity when handling inquiries from customers and communicating with internal staff including production scheduling, shipping, inventory and finance
- Independent judgment, analysis and problem-solving skills are required to organize, prioritize and process sales orders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Syspro knowledge an asset
