And more recently with our expansion into omni-channel, we're enabling even more people to experience the magic of water through our products and brand experiences. We've got big plans ahead with more innovative products and expansion into the US market, and we're on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join us on this journey.
If you want to be part of a growing brand, and you're the type to walk through a puddle rather than around it, we'll get along just fine!

  • Create and maintain accurate demand plans at the SKU level
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast new product launches and analyze performance post-launch
  • Act as a key collaborator with the Finance team to develop and prepare annual and quarterly budgets

  • Identify key industry drivers to better forecast demand and opportunities; inform product strategy decisions by providing timely and accurate product analysis with historical sales data, lost sales, and demand drivers to support the Marketing team with campaigns, promotions, and channel allocation strategies
  • Provide accurate long-range forecasts to the Supply Chain and Sourcing teams so that they can cascade them down to key suppliers and manufacturers
  • Review periodic indicators of forecast accuracy to implement actions towards continuous improvement of performance

What We're Looking For:

  • 4 to 5+ years experience working in Demand, Merchandise or Supply Planning - preferably with a combination of Excel and other planning tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or relevant field
  • Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods
  • Strong track record of interpreting data with a high degree of detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a data-driven and customer-focused mindset

It's a Bonus If You Have:
