Leasing Specialist

As a Leasing Residential Specialist, you're at the forefront of our client's residential operations. This role is ideal for anyone already in property management or those looking to transition into a career with a guaranteed growth path. Your Role Involves:

  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, respond to their inquiries, manage repair requests, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Leasing Responsibilities: Handle the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing, credit checks, and lease agreements.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Coordination: Manage the logistics of resident move-ins and move-outs, collaborate with maintenance staff, and conduct inspections.
  • Property Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Take charge of various administrative duties, including managing emails, phone calls, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial tasks such as collecting rent, processing invoices, and managing banking activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • A strong background in customer service, capable of engaging effectively with clients and tenants.
  • The ability to establish and nurture positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of property management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A clean criminal record and credit check.
