Travel to other areas of New Brunswick may be required as needed.THE ROLE:Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques such as troweling, edging, and broomingSpread, level, and smooth concrete using hand tolls, trowels, and floatsUse power tools such as grinders and saws to cut and shape concrete surfacesSet curb and sidewalk forms, concrete placing, collecting materials and keeping a clean siteShaping and smoothing freshly poured concrete and repairing damaged surfacesCheck forms for accuracy and ensure finished product matches blueprints and diagramsREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years experience as a Concrete Finisher is requiredPrevious experience as a Team Lead is an assetThe nature of this role requires a flexible schedule and longer shifts may be requiredValid Class 5 Drivers License with a Clean Drivers Abstract is requiredCSA Approved Steel-toed BootsCSA Approved Hard HatCSA Approved Reflective Vest CSA Approved Safety Glasses and Safety GlovesAbility to lift up to 50-80lbs on a frequent basisWork environment is mostly in an outdoor settingWHAT WE OFFER:$23.00 plus 4% vacation pay per hourOccupation Health and Safety TrainingPrompt weekly payroll through direct deposit onlyREFER TALENT.
