Following the successful completion of major renewal projects related to the organization's Human Resources and Finance systems under the Integrated Renewal Program (IRP) in 2020, work is now underway for the next stage of IRP - to renew the Student information ecosystem, anchored by the implementation of Workday Student. The Integrated Renewal Program – Student (IRP Student) will leverage the industry-leading cloud enterprise solution, Workday, to replace the organization's current core Student administration systems with a new integrated, user-friendly, mobile-enabled platform. This project has a high degree of complexity, influence, and impact as our solution is designed for the majority of constituents in their community. Our client is one of the first Canadian institutions to implement Workday for this purpose. They are looking to fill the role of Benefits Realization Specialist on the IRP PMO. This role is part of the team that will deliver an enterprise-wide solution. What you will be doing:
  • Supports an engaged, collaborative, and exceptional learning, research, and working environment for students, staff, and faculty.
  • Enables a cohesive alignment of practices and processes.
  • Creates a simple, intuitive, consistent user experience where we interact with confidence and ease.
  • Ensures reliable, integrated, and accessible institutional data that enables people to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Positions the organization and its people to embrace opportunities and adapt to future needs and requirements.
  • Provides robust, secure, sustainable solutions that are fiscally responsible.
What you must have:
  • University or higher education/public sector experience
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
  • Change Management experience and ability to influence others to adapt to change.
  • Experience working with and learning business processes
  • Workday Student experience
  • Mentoring experience
