  7. Your strength lies in analytical and creative problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on and devising tailored solutions.
  8. You excel in process improvement project management, driven by data and results.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  1. Optimizing Payer Activation and Maintenance Processes
  • Lead onboarding support and oversee provider activation initiatives.
  • Project-manage provider launches, ensuring swift progress towards deployment.
  • Become an expert, addressing all customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Supervise critical CX operations, including training, knowledge base management, self-service platforms, tooling, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance cross-functional processes and toolsets.
