Requirements
In this role, you'll:

- Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Foster strong client relationships by showcasing your design expertise.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Four to ten years of industry experience, with at least two years in a lead design role.
- A portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and shipping successful websites and digital products.
- Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving ability in the face of complex challenges.
- Mastery of user experience and interaction design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields like HCI, Interaction Design, or Art Direction.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Proficiency in design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools like Invision, Principle, and Creative Cloud Applications.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience and location)
