Join the Fleet Management Services Branch of the Public Service Delivery Department as a Mileage and Insurance Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting government fleet operations across the province. This position combines program administration, data analysis, and client service expertise to ensure the effective delivery of mileage reporting and vehicle insurance services while supporting the responsible management of government fleet assets. Duties:

  • Administer the Mileage Reporting Program and provide client support.
  • Deliver vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance services.
  • Analyze fleet usage data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide guidance on fleet and insurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support operational improvements and branch initiatives.

Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.
  • Completion of Insurance Work Station (IWS) Operator Certification issued by Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI).
  • Experience interpreting and applying legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines in a service delivery, regulatory, or insurance environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, or equivalent software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish positive working relationships and provide professional service to diverse clients and partners.

Desired:

  • Experience using Keys fleet management software or a comparable fleet management, asset management, or enterprise business system.
