As part of Global Finance's alignment to the enterprise-wide strategy, the Senior Manager, Change Management, Training and Communication leads the change enablement approach supporting the FP&A modernization program and enterprise-wide implementation of Anaplan. This role is accountable for ensuring business readiness, driving adoption, and embedding new ways of working to realize measurable business outcomes.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated change management strategies to support FP&A modernization and Anaplan adoption
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation approaches that support business capability
  • Act as a strategic partner to Program Management to align and integrate change activities with program priorities and milestones
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and reinforce accountability outcomes.
  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement frameworks, including governance forums and feedback loops, to enable structured input, visibility, and issue resolution.
  • Lead the development and delivery of role-based training strategies to build user capability and readiness
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change across impacted stakeholder groups
  • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, and implement sustainment approaches to reinforce new behaviors and support long-term value realization

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Proven experience leading change management, training, and communication strategies in large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their application in complex environments (Prosci certification and/or CCMP preferred)
  • Experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives or FP&A processes (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business readiness, adoption, and sustainment of new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience developing executive-level messaging and training content
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new and creative ways to engage users, including digital channels such as internal websites, video, and interactive content (e.g., SharePoint, Clipchamp)
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability (or desire to learn) to translate complex concepts into engaging and user-friendly experiences
  • Experience designing and delivering role-based training programs and measuring effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop actionable approaches
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Post secondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
