• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all Nutrien safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees
• Complete surface preparation(cleaning, abrasive, blasting etc.)
• Complete coating and lining application
• Test and inspect surface preparation and application of coatings

• Valid Red Seal Painter/Painter and Decorator or Industrial Painter Journeyperson equivalent
• Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
• Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
• Stable work record with 3-5 years experience, in an industrial environment is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
