What You'll Do:- Coach leaders within Nutrien's operations on how to effectively engage others in safety
- Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program
- Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement
- Provide developmental feedback to front-line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans
- Provide leadership, feedback, and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy
- Attend meetings as required, present information and provide feedback
- Provide support for site and business unit special projects, as needed
- Willingness to participate in training and self-development programs
- 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
- Bachelors degree in a related field, experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Leadership experience
- Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one-on-one environments
- Advanced coaching skills, and the ability to support the development of others
- Self–motivated, requiring little to no direct supervision
- Effective time management skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of Canadian health, and safety regulations
