What You'll Do:
  • Coach leaders within Nutrien's operations on how to effectively engage others in safety
  • Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program
  • Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement
  • Provide developmental feedback to front-line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans
  • Provide leadership, feedback, and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy
  • Attend meetings as required, present information and provide feedback
  • Provide support for site and business unit special projects, as needed
  • Willingness to participate in training and self-development programs
What You'll Bring:
  • 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
  • Bachelors degree in a related field, experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one-on-one environments
  • Advanced coaching skills, and the ability to support the development of others
  • Self–motivated, requiring little to no direct supervision
  • Effective time management skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of Canadian health, and safety regulations
