About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the flow of information within the clinic
  • Opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Completing insurance and other claim forms
  • Maintaining an organized filing system
  • Ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Entering and formatting electronically based medical reports and correspondence
  • Preparing spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Initiating and maintaining confidential medical files and records
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and electronic mail systems
  • Experience with contracts, correspondence, financial statements, invoices, and reports

You will be working in a clinic setting, where you will be supervising 1 to 2 people. The role demands:
