The Company
Metrics is a progressive CPA firm specializing in digital assets. Since 2016 we have been helping Canadian clients navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, mining, staking, NFTs, and related tax and accounting issues. We are experts in digital asset tax, accounting, and financial strategy - constantly studying the future of the space while delivering practical, high-quality work. We also service clients in traditional industries with a focus on real estate and tech companies.
We operate fully in the cloud with a modern, paperless tech stack. Our team works closely with founders, operators, investors, and companies to provide income tax preparation, tax planning, tax filings and CRA representation.
We offer competitive compensation packages, flexible work arrangements, strong support for professional development, and a collaborative culture focused on results rather than hours. Our goal is to hire high-performing, interesting, happy people and keep them high-performing, interesting and happy.
Our Values
We are guided by a clear set of values: Professional, Efficient, Inspired, Connected, Driven, and Happy. We look for people who take pride in technical excellence and integrity, communicate openly, find practical solutions, and value a healthy work/life balance.
