RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice Processing
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately within five business days of receipt using Basware and JDE for payment
Troubleshoot Discrepancies
- Troubleshoot and discuss with Carriers, Customers, internal Accounts Payable team, internal Transportation department and external partners to solve discrepancies
Producing Weekly Reports
- Generate and reconcile weekly carrier auto-voucher reports and process for payment
- Generate expeditor reports on a weekly basis
Reconcile Carrier Statements
- Reconcile carrier statements against Transportation outstanding accrual
Reporting
- Monitor audit report and challenge discrepancies
- Monitor and update late order reason report
- Month end report and tracking
- Accrual reporting to Corporate for 3rd Party Logistics
Fuel Entry
- Enter all carrier/customer fuel rates in JDE accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School, Some College considered an asset
Experience:
- 2 - 5 years' experience
- Basic accounting knowledge would be preferred
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Multitasking
- Knowledge of JD Edwards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
