NOW HIRING: Parts Manager

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Charlottetown, PE

HOURS: Full time, permanent. Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

WAGES: $18.00 – $24.00 per year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

THE PERFECT FIT

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy creating structure, identifying opportunities for improvement, and finding ways to make operations more efficient in a fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Building and maintaining an organized, accountable, and efficient parts operation
  • Receiving, inspecting, and distributing parts accurately and on time
  • Managing parts returns and vendor credits
  • Performing parts pickups, and returns
  • Working closely with estimators, technicians, and production staff to support repair schedules
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the department

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Previous experience in an automotive or collision parts environment is considered a strong asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience maintaining inventory systems and records
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license required
