Duties & responsibilities would be as follows:
- Scanning of documents into the Town database
- Organizing property files (both electronically and paper)
- Dealing with the public on the phone or at the counter
- Helping clients complete building permit applications
- Reviewing and assisting in drafting by-laws or amendments
- Creating conceptual site plans or subdivision plans
- Experience with ArcGIS and creating GIS layers would be an asset
- Experience with AutoCAD would be an asset
Valid Driver's Licence required.
