At the beginning of each camp the Lifeguard will be required to perform swim tests with each camper. - Pool rules and do's and don'ts will also be addressed. - Regular cleaning and maintenance are required daily to ensure the pool is being well-maintained. Will be taught if unaware how to complete. - Lifeguard will sit down with the Camp Director(s) to discuss a pool schedule. - Supervise Camp Counselors assigned to the swim area and maintain a safe environment for campers. - Report any issues or concerns to the Camp Manager. Pay is topped up from minimum wage. Board members are present and supportive through employment term. Leadership training is mandatory and offered at camp.
