About Delphia

Delphia is building the world's first investment strategy anyone can improve with their data. We

select stocks to a portfolio by analyzing trends in the data and the market.

We are building a new kind of company that re-thinks the value of privacy, data rights, and

fiduciary responsibility in order to ensure your data is always working for you — like your money.

Whether we're identifying trends or educating people on how their data can be used to make

better investment decisions, people at Delphia are socially-minded creatives at heart. Our teams

are continually iterating, solving hard problems, and collaborating to generate new forms of

value and economic returns for our users (we call them "members", in fact). Working together,

we want people to realize the true value of their data — and we're just getting started.

Delphia is growing! We currently have 60 people in multi-disciplinary teams located around the

world. The company was founded in 2018 and is a graduate of Y Combinator and the Creative

Destruction Lab. We've raised three rounds of funding and approximately $80 million to date.

Delphia's growth team helps us achieve our user growth goals: A world where our data generates greater returns than our labor. Currently the team is focused on improving new user experience i.e., onboarding to activation. In the future growth team might focus on driving viral growth via referrals, and organic mechanisms to engage with users.

In partnership with the Delphia's engineering and design team, you'll be responsible for guiding the team on forming, testing and learning from hypotheses. Setting the right success metrics and then driving learnings so as to continuously improve user experience. You will directly own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of user growth.

What You'll Do

• Vision and strategy: Partner with the engineering teams to ensure we understand our growth story: where growth is coming from, what's going well, and what isn't. Create a vision, define success and set goals and create a roadmap for enabling the growth team to deliver on their mission and achieve their goals.

• Experimentation: Drive Delphia's experimentation process: form and validate data-informed hypotheses for accelerating member acquisition, activation and retention.

• Cross-team collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to spec, test, and improve user activation and retention

• Go-to-market planning: Partner closely with stakeholders, such as marketing, compliance and customer support to ensure that everyone understands the tests and launch timelines. Socialize the learnings and improvements in metrics.

• Execution: Partner with your engineering team using agile methodology to bring your product backlog to life in ways that will deliver value to users quickly and iteratively.

• Drive Insights: Deep familiarity with growth frameworks (like cohort analysis and growth models). Strong analytical skills, competence in SQL, and experience with product analytics tools for conducting data analysis. Inform and drive key decisions with data-informed insights and research.

• Communication: This position requires stellar communication, collaboration, product sense, technical and data fluency.

Day-to-day
